Made with inorganic materials, CCITEK® binder is very environmentally friendly. Using CCITEK® binder, sand core can be made with lower temperature(150°C ~ 200°C). This biner coated wet sand generates no smoke and is odorless when baking sand core or during pouring. It is especially great for non-ferrous metal aluminum castings. It helps eliminating pin hole and shrinkage problem. It can be used in some iron casting as well.

Remarks |
1. Storage: prevent heat (5℃~25℃);
2. Upon opening, use it immediately in CCITEK® certified core making equipment;
3. Shelf life: during warm weather seasons, use it within 8 hours upon arrival. During cold weather seasons, use it within 24 hours upon arrival;
